He’s been a commercial lawyer for over 10 years, working mainly on business disputes, such as a multi-million pound pension dispute and high-profile defamation disputes.

Stephen Warburton is the head of Family and Children Law. Steve joined Amgen Law in 2020 and has already helped many clients through difficult times. He is consistently recognised as a star in the family dispute arena and his advocacy skills always impress his clients.
Steve always approaches a dispute with the clear goal of getting the best outcome for his client and will always look at the bigger picture to ensure all issues are resolved as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. His particular expertise is in advising on complex divorces where business interests are involved, although he is equally happy to advise on simple divorces and child arrangements.
He is based in our Chester office but advises clients throughout England and Wales either face-to-face or remotely.
