Complaints
As a client, you will have received our Terms and Conditions of service. Within this is our complaints procedure. However, if you do have an issue or feel the need to complain, please contact us in the first instance and we will try our best to help or provide a full response within 8 weeks.
Legal Ombudsman
If we are unable to address your complaint, you may wish to contact the Legal Ombudsman (https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/). Please note that the Legal Ombudsman only usually investigates issues that occurred within the last 6 years or where you realised about the issue within the last 3 years.
Public access
We offer service to businesses and individuals which are both commonly referred to as 'lay clients'. The Bar Standards Board have published guidance for lay clients which can be accessed here.
