Client relations or customer service. We want you to be happy with the work we do.
It is our aim to offer the highest quality of work to you and to ensure that you are kept abreast of your matter.
As a client, you will have received our Terms and Conditions of service. Within this is our complaints procedure. However, if you do have an issue or feel the need to complain, please contact us in the first instance and we will try our best to help or provide a full response within 8 weeks.
If we are unable to address your complaint, you may wish to contact the Legal Ombudsman (https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/). Please note that the Legal Ombudsman only usually investigates issues that occurred within the last 6 years or where you realised about the issue within the last 3 years.
We offer service to businesses and individuals which are both commonly referred to as 'lay clients'. The Bar Standards Board have published guidance for lay clients which can be accessed here.
